The cust­o­mer has the option to select and order goods on the pre­viously men­tio­ned web­site. The cust­o­mer recei­ves a pro­duct descrip­tion for each pro­duct on the respec­tive web­site and also in a prin­ted form, when the orde­red goods have been deli­ve­red. The cust­o­mer can click on the desi­red pro­duct on the web­site. These are collec­ted in the vir­tual shop­ping cart and once the cust­o­mer has finis­hed the selec­tion an over­view of the pro­ducts selec­ted and total price inclu­ding VAT are dis­played. Before fina­li­zing the order, Donalli Collec­tions GmbH enables the cust­o­mer to check the order for accu­racy, espe­cially on price and quan­tity, and to cor­rect it if necessary.

The pro­ducts of Donalli Collec­tions GmbH on the web­site are sub­ject to change. Thus Donalli Collec­tions GmbH is under no obli­ga­tion in the event of una­vail­a­bi­lity.  Right of With­dra­wal

Return Poli­cies

If you return the purcha­sed goods, we will reim­burse all pay­ments we have recei­ved from you, inclu­ding the deli­very costs (with the excep­tion of the addi­tio­nal costs ari­sing from the fact that you have cho­sen a dif­fe­rent method of deli­very than the one offe­red by us and repay imme­dia­tely latest wit­hin four­teen days from the date on which the noti­fi­ca­tion has been recei­ved. For this repay­ment we use the same method of pay­ment that you used in the ori­gi­nal tran­sac­tion, unless you expressly sta­ted ano­ther form of repay­ment, which may result in addi­tio­nal char­ges.

We may with­hold reim­bur­se­ment until we have recei­ved the retur­ned goods back, or until you have demons­tra­ted that you have retur­ned the goods. You have to return the goods imme­dia­tely and in any event not later than four­teen days from the date on which you inform us about the can­cel­la­tion of this purchase.

Donalli Collec­tions GmbH will pro­cess orders wit­hin 48 hours and inform the cust­o­mer whe­ther the desi­red pro­ducts are avail­able.

Deli­very and ship­ping

As far as the orde­red pro­ducts are avail­able, Donalli Collec­tions GmbH will deli­ver these wit­hin 5 busi­ness days after rece­ipt of order. Deli­very is via Her­mes Ship­ping. A deli­very wit­hin Europe can only take place in the coun­tries in which Her­mes deli­vers.

Chan­ges, Exten­si­ons, Limi­ta­ti­ons of the Order

Donalli Collec­tions GmbH will ans­wer inqui­res about chan­ges, exten­si­ons or limi­ta­ti­ons for orders that have been alre­ady pla­ced in the short term. If the cust­o­mer wants a pro­duct modi­fi­ca­tion, exten­sion and / or limi­ta­tion of up to 5 working days before the plan­ned deli­very, Donalli Collec­tions GmbH will as far as pos­si­ble, take this into account.

Reser­va­tion of Ownership

Donalli Collec­tions GmbH reta­ins ownership to the goods until full pay­ment of the purchase has been trans­fer­red. The item is secu­red with a pro­tec­tive label. This allows you to try out the goods. This must not be remo­ved. If the pro­tec­tive label is remo­ved, a return of the goods is not pos­si­ble. This does not apply to pro­ducts that are defect.


Deli­very wit­hin Ger­many is free of charge. For ship­ments to other EU coun­tries a deli­very fee might apply.

Terms of Pay­ment

For the orde­red goods, Donalli Collec­tions GmbH pro­vi­des the cust­o­mer with an invoice which will be inclu­ded with the deli­very of the order. Donalli Collec­tions GmbH accepts advance pay­ments, Pay­pal, Mas­ter­card and VISA. Advance pay­ments and credit cards will be con­side­red in the invoice. The pri­ces on the bill are always retail pri­ces inclu­ding VAT.

In case of default of pay­ment, the cust­o­mer who is a con­su­mer, is obli­ged to pay inte­rest at the rate of 5% above the base rate at Donalli Collec­tions GmbH unless Donalli Collec­tions GmbH can prove a hig­her inte­rest rate. For cust­o­m­ers who are entre­pre­neurs sen­tence 1 app­lies with the pro­viso that the default inte­rest rate is 9% above the base rate.
